Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology - Bergman Method

Facial Reflexology, like any other form of reflexology, uses pressures and techniques on reflexes, this time in the face, to help the whole body de-stress.

Facial Reflexology in particular has an extremely powerful effect on body systems because the face is so close to the brain and cranial nerves.

As well as working facial reflex points, Facial Reflexology stimulates facial muscles and anatomical structures that, if out of balance, can have an impact on the body.  And so it can improve conditions like Migraine, Sinusitis, Hay Fever symptoms, Bell's Palsy and Bruxism or teeth grinding.

Side Effects:

Firmer skin texture and a glowing, radiant complexion!

Frown lines and wrinkles may reduce ... or even disappear!

What to expect:

A full consultation before your first treatment.

You will be made comfortable lying down on the massage couch.

Wear loose clothing and an open neck top so the neck and shoulders can be massaged.

As part of the treatment the face will be cleansed with an organic cleanser and hot towels and a a facial oil will be applied.

There are 2 Facial reflexology sessions available to book:

A 30 minute session - this is thoroughly relaxing and de-stressing. It covers major                                                  reflex points on the face.

A 60 minute session - this covers the points in the 30 minute session but goes further                                          incorporating more reflexes.

At the end of either session a glass of water will be offered and you will have time for feedback.

The  Bergman method Facial Reflexology was developed by Award-winning Reflexologist Ziggie Bergman over 20 years of research and I am delighted to be able to offer this fabulous treatment.
